How do I become a stallholder?        

At Bluebell Stalls we have the highest quality stallholders based in Merseyside offering some of the best artisan goods and local businesses.

How do I book a stall?        

Firstly you will need to complete our registration form

Once approved we will issue you your stallholder reference

You are then eligible to apply for a stall on your chosen dates*

We will issue confirmation of your booking

*Applying for a stall is not a confirmed booking as it’s subject to availability

Can I book for more than one event at a time?

Yes, of course. many stallholders do and if you book two within a calendar month a discount will be applied. Just complete the application form with all the dates you require and a member of the team will email you to inform you of the availability.

Do I need Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, you do. It is a requirement at all Bluebell Stalls Events that you have Public Liability Insurance. Some stallholders have Product & Public Liability Insurance. It is advisable that you invest in Insurance between £2m and £5m depending on your catergory of Business. All good Insurance companies will offer good advice so you buy the correct protection for yourself and your business.


I haven’t any Public Liability, can you recommend an Insurance company?
