We love having a wide range of quality stalls at our events and do not book any two stalls selling exactly the same goods at an event.

Once you have your stallholder reference (given after we have accepted your stallholder registration) you are free to apply to trade at our events.

On reviewing your stall application we will confirm your space / dates & send an invoice for payment as soon as possible. Most events are held at Crosby URC Church Eshe road unless specified.

If you have registered but have not yet received your acceptance email, please be patient & only apply for a stall once received

Stall option (required) How many tables would you require? Please note there is a 10% discount for 2 tables booked at the same event.

Electricity Supply. will try & accommodate requests for electricity sockets but we cannot guarantee. Do you require?
